JDSU stockholders may obtain printed materials free of charge by following the instructions provided on the Company's investor relations website or in the "Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials" that was mailed to stockholders of record as of September 14, 2009. Holders of exchangeable shares of JDS Uniphase Canada Ltd. will automatically receive printed materials in the mail.
